We currently cover all major areas within Lusaka including the CBD, Kabulonga, Woodlands, Chelston, Chilenje, Matero, and more. Contact us if you are unsure about your area.
Parcels booked before 3pm are guaranteed same-day delivery. Bookings after 3pm may be subject to next-day delivery depending on availability.
Yes. All deliveries are covered by our standard insurance. Business Plan customers are covered up to K5,000 per parcel. Enterprise clients can arrange higher coverage.
Yes. Every delivery comes with a tracking link sent via SMS. You can also use our Track a Parcel page with your tracking number.
Business Plan customers receive a single consolidated invoice at the end of each month covering all deliveries made during that period. Payment terms are 7 days from invoice date.
